SOUTH BEND, Indiana. — Everybody Has A Story® (http://www.ehassb.com). When it first became clear the Covid-19 virus may well affect our plans to hold a concert this year the board of directors determined that it would be best to wait and see how things were going to play out before a vote was taken as to the appropriate course of action.
"The resulting disruptions of business at all levels and the high unemployment rates suggest that it will be very hard to raise money for our 2020 beneficiary, The Family Justice Center, C.R. Heckaman, founder and executive director explained".
"Everybody Has A Story® values the safety of guests, volunteers, staff and contributing crews as a top priority and have determined that it may not be safe for patrons and performers to gather together at any location the night of the concert as well as the organizations summer fundraiser concert", Steve Sult, founder and marketing director added.
Everybody Has A Story have discussed this with our beneficiary and have decided to formally close our show for this year (2020). Our intention is to return next year when conditions are more favorable for achieving our goals and we hope you would consider supporting our cause once again in 2021. We are looking forward to a summer and fall full of live music in support of our beneficiary once again in 2021. We’ve already begun planning the 2021 season and hope that you will keep us in mind as a valued sponsor.
Everybody Has A Story's mission is to identify and support not-for-profits that are making a difference in the Michiana community. Everybody Has A Story board members CR Heckaman, Steve Sult and Shari Coleman Herman host the annual benefit concert to raise funds for and raise awareness of organizations doing great work for our community.
